1.) Your full name 2.) License number 3.) Personal phone number 4.) Village phone number 5.)Equal Housing Opportunity logo 6.) Realtor logo 7.) Your individual logo

8.) The complete Village name (not just the VPC logo)

9.) Village Logo must be displayed at an equal size or larger than your logo
